Capacity

The flap lid fold & seal line has a capacity of up to 90 trays per minute. The trays can have different shapes and sizes, to be filled with various fruits.

How it works

This smart packaging line uses guides to fold the cardboard tray into shape. This makes it easy to fill the folded tray with fruit.

The tray is then automatically closed and sealed with a label, without causing any damage to fruits or trays.

Informative label

With the printable label, you have the option of including a company logo, a bar code, and any coding required by law. The label printer is easy to use and also user-friendly in maintenance.

Expand and combine

The flap lid fold & seal line is easy to combine and expand with Freshtech Solutions’ universal de-nester.

We can also integrate a checkweigher to check the weight of the tray.

A turntable at the end of the line is also among the possibilities.
