For many years, the multiple tray denester has been a proven solution within the fresh produce industry. This versatile machine is characterized not only by the wide choice of types of trays, such as bowls, cups and blisters, but also by the wide variety of sizes and materials that can be de-stacked.
The multiple tray denester has a speed of up to 120 trays per minute, which makes this machine unique within its segment.
The denester is operated through a user-friendly touch screen. This allows you to easily pre-program, edit and select up to 32 trays sizes for denesting. The only manual action is placing buffer stocks of trays on the infeed conveyor, and the machine does the work.
Switching trays is done fully automatically with a changeover time of less than 1 minute.
